Talk Oldham SEND Helpline

We’re here for you!

Our telephone helpline and live chat is supporting families of children and young people with additional needs and/or disabilities (age 0-25) and young people themselves, during extraordinary times.

  • A listening ear - you might be struggling emotionally and looking for strategies to help you cope.  Or maybe you just need to talk to someone who understands the extra challenges you face and who can point you in the right direction to get the support you need for your family.
  • Support to understand the new normal and local Covid restrictions including children and young people returning to education.
  • Information and signposting to access support around employment, finance, health, education and social care.

Funding from the Coronovirus Community Support Fund, distributed by The National Lottery Community Fund, has helped us to offer this critical support at a very challenging time.  Thanks to the government for making this possible.
