As a parent/carer: If your child is aged between 5 and 16 years and has been referred for an assessment of their social communication need, regardless of any outcome, you can contact our service direct and make a self-referral.  You can also ask for a referral to be made by:

• Early Help;
• School Nurse/SENCO;
• GP;
• Social Care/Social Worker.

They will complete the referral form and send it to our co-ordinators who will then be in contact to discuss the workshops with you.

As a professional: you can make a referral direct to our service.   Contact us to request a referral form.
