Our annual conference is now one of the biggest Parent Carer Forum events in the North West.  Free to attend for parents and carers of children and young people with additional needs and/or disabilities who live in Oldham...... but booking is required so secure your place now!

What's included?

4.30pm to 6.30pm

• Marketplace of providers giving parents and carers access to information, advice and support enabling families to effectively meet the needs of their child or young person.  Open to all - no booking required for the marketplace.

Then from 7pm onwards (booking required)....

• Special Guest Speakers/Presenters
• Updates on all the latest news and developments in the area of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
• Spectacular entertainment from some of our extraordinary young people.
• A 3 course dinner with opportunities to meet local, regional and national practitioners and service providers.
• POINT's Annual Passion for Parents Awards voted for by parents/carers in recognition of practitioners who have delivered exceptional support, meaning parents and carers are able to meet the needs of their families more effectively.
• DJ and dancing till late to celebrate the year!
• Raffle prizes galore

Passion for Parents Awards 2024

We'll also be announcing the winners of our 2024 awards on the night!  These awards give YOU the opportunity to nominate a group or individual who has provided exceptional support to YOU as a parent carer and made a real difference to YOUR life.
