Our accessible angling activity is now closed for the Winter and will re-open in the Spring

If you would like to register your interest for your child/young person to take part in the sessions then please give our Activities Team a ring on 0161 503 1543 to discuss further.

It's a great way for children and young people with additional needs and/or disabilities, siblings and their family to have the opportunity to learn the art of angling and enjoy a tranquil and relaxing activity.

The activity has been a great success and we are really looking forward to welcoming you along next year.  The angling activity will continue to take place at the boating lake in the beautiful Alexandra Park, Kings Road.

Sessions will run on the following days but are subject to change dependent on weather conditions / season changes:

Sundays	9.00am to 11.00am
Wednesdays	4.30pm to 6.30pm

All angling equipment is provided so the only thing you need to bring is something to sit on, appropriate clothing/sunscreen/umbrella dependent on weather conditions!

Costs

Child/Young Person (5 to 25 years)

£5 per session

Please note that payment is required prior to attending the sessions and costs are non-refundable.
