**Department for Education : Delivering Better Value in SEND Programme**

Your opportunity to share your experience.

Oldham is one of 55 local areas who are part of The Department for Education's Delivering Better Value in SEND programme (DBV in SEND) aiming to support local authorities and their local area partners to improve the delivery of SEND services for children and young people whilst working towards financial sustainability. 

We have been asked to share this survey with you, to gather your views and experiences about your child or young person's current educational setting. 

Your contribution is vital to ensure SEND services work for your family.

If you have more than one child with a special educational need, please fill out the form for each of your children individually. This is aimed mainly at parents and carers of young people currently under 25.
