Oldham Parent Carer Forum regularly consult with parents and carers of children and young people with additional needs and disabilities (aged 0-25) to find out what is important to them; and to ensure that their voice is heard when designing and developing services, policy, and practice.

Our latest consultations will be shown below. Please click below to access the current consultation/survey and submit your views.

The BIG SEND Survey is now closed.  Thank you to everyone who has taken part.  We have had an overwhelming response and we will be able to share your priorities with you over the coming weeks, which will inform the development of services to meet need in Oldham through participation and co-production for children, young people and their families. We will be notifying the winner of the prize draw on 5th August 2021.

The following section will cover other surveys and consultations that are local to Oldham, from partners across Oldham Borough.  These will vary, and the links will be operational for any live surveys.
