Please note that this page is being updated early 2024 to reflect the priorities in Oldham for the forthcoming year.

Oldham Parent Carer Forum have a team of volunteers who work with individual parents and carers as well as local support organisations and partners to ensure that the voice of parents and carers of children and young people with additional needs and/or disabilities (Aged 0-25), in Oldham is placed at the centre of the design and delivery of local services, policies and practice.

This involves working across Education, Health, Social Care and the Voluntary Sector in Oldham sharing the collective experience of families, influencing change and ultimately contributing to improved outcomes and opportunities for children and young people who have, or may have, additional needs and/or disabilities.

The buttons below provide you with information on the current workstreams and strategic groups that your forum is a member of.  You will find a "You Said We Did" document which is specific to the active workstream, so that you can see how we use your feedback and monitor the progress.
